Overall fair condition, the inner pages are in great shape. The cover and pages 1-45 have rippling from water damage. None of the pages are stuck together. The covers have the most wear. Some writing on front cover, wear to corners. Back page has a few small rips along edges and slightly folded inwards. Inner pages are in great shape other than those first 45 with minor rippling. No cut pages or tears. Book is old with wear so some pages might have dirtiness or slight discoloration. Toy section looks great, many cool things to see!
